Make it at home and enjoy with family. #HappyCookingToYou Til ki chikki (sesame seed brittle) Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Til (Sesame seeds) 1 Cup -Makhan (Butter) salted 3tbs -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup or to taste -Baking soda ¼ tsp Directions: -In frying pan,add sesame seeds and roast until fragrant and set aside. -In frying pan,add butter and let it melt,add sugar,mix continuously until sugar melts. -Add baking soda and mix well. -Switch off the flame,add roasted sesame seeds and mix until well combined then transfer sesame mixture on the cutting board and roll out with the help of rolling pin. -Cut into desired shapes and let it cool & serve.
