Caramel Popcorn Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) salted 2 tbs
-Popcorn kernels ½ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) salted 3 tbs
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup or to taste
-Baking soda ¼ tsp
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
Directions:
-In pot,add oil,butter and let it melt,add popcorn kernels and mix well.
-Cover and let them pop and shake pan in between.
-In frying pan,add butter and let it melt,add sugar,mix well and cook on low flame until sugar melts and stir continuously & scrape until it thickens.
-Add baking soda,vanilla essence and mix well.
-Now add popcorns and coat well.
-In baking tray,add caramel popcorns and let them cool completely & serve.
Recipe in Urdu:
Ajza:
-Oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) salted 2 tbs
-Popcorn kernels ½ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) salted 3 tbs

-Baking soda ¼ tsp
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
Directions:
-Pot mein oil aur makhan dal ker melt karein aur popcorn kernels dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dhak dein aur pop hunay tak paka lein aur bech bech mein pan ko shake ker lein.
-Frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt karein,cheeni shamil karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak halki ancch per paka lein aur musalsal stir kertay rahein aur garha hunay tak scrape ker lein.
-Baking soda aur vanilla essence dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab tayyar popcorns dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
-Baking tray mein caramel popcorns dal dein aur thanda ker lein & serve karein. Show Less >>
