And based on a letter, they did ask for an extension from the US government to keep broadcasting Iranian channels, but were refused.
Why is the US government against this basic right as outlined in their own constitution, namely, freedom of speech?
Furthermore, why have European satellite providers cut the transmission of Iranian channels, while the EU has stated the media are not part of the US-led sanctions against Iran? Show Less >>
