Do give it a try this weekend. #HappyCookingToYou #ShanFoods Written Recipe: http://bit.ly/2V5brsv Spicy Pizza Burger Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Chicken fillets ½ kg -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & ½ tbs -Cream 3 & ½ tbs -Bihari kabab masala 2 tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs -Cooking oil 1-2 tsp -Burger buns 3-4 -Pizza sauce as required -Cheddar cheese grated as required -Mozzarella cheese grated as required -Pyaz (Onion) chopped -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped -Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped -Jalapenos chopped -Black olives -Dried oregano to sprinkle -Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed to sprinkle -Mozzarella cheese grated as required -Cheddar cheese grated as required -Black olives -Dried oregano to sprinkle -Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed to sprinkle Directions: -Hammer chicken fillets with the help of the kitchen hammer & set aside. -In bowl,add yogurt,cream,bihari kabab masala,ginger garlic paste and whisk well. -Add chicken fillets,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes. -In grill pan,add cooking oil and fry marinated fillets from both sides until done (2 minutes each side). -On burger bun,add & spread pizza sauce,place cooked chicken fillet,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese, onion,capsicum,tomato,jalapenos,black olives,dried oregano and red chili crushed. -On top burger,add & spread pizza spread and place on burger. -Add mozzarella cheese,chedder cheese,black olives,dried oregano and red chili crushed. -Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 5-6 minutes or until cheese melts.
